French design crew Bonsoir Paris brings us their latest series of bizarre art installations entitled “Duramen Series”. More images after the click.

Quirky design company Bonsoir Paris present their latest artistic endeavor, a series of intricate wooden sculptures that would make Salvador Dali shed tears of joy. The works are based around the concept of a simple wooden frame, yet so severely distorted that from a distance you may think that someone splattered buckets of dookie all over the wall. Working with a variety of woods like oak, fir, wenge, pear, and linden, the guys have managed with a painstaking touch to fuse together themes of elegance and ugliness in a simple, yet captivating way.
