Since its roots in the mid 2000′s, the game of “bike polo” has grown exponentially and spread to various parts of Europe. So it was only a matter of time before a major corporation put their stamp on it, thus elevating the notoriety of the cult sport. Enter Louis Vuitton, who in collaboration with polo bikers Hannes Hengst and Grégory Barbier have produced a customized bike. Complete with a hollowed mallet, embossed leather pedal straps, machined chaining, and a leather wheel cover, the LV masterpiece incorporates the label’s signature patterns throughout. The fruits of their labor can currently be seen in the latest issue of French magazine “Intersection“.
